Air Study Center

Air Study Center is a platform that connects students, language schools and host families. We have divided Air Study Center's UX design process into 5 steps and followed a similar approach to a design thinking approach, which consists of the following:

• Empathise with the users (learning about needs of the students, language schools and host families)

• Define the problem (identifying the users’ needs: a website for students to apply for courses, host family area to manage accommodation, and business administration area for ASC admin team.)

• Ideate (generating ideas for design)

• Prototype (turning ideas into concrete examples with clickable prototypes)

• Test (evaluating the design as of July 2020, some of this is ongoing. Most of it delivered to ASC Development Team)
