Will she sound like a robot?

No. She writes like a friendly receptionist. Short sentences. Your salon's tone. We tune the voice with you before she goes live, and again whenever you ask.

Will my customers know it's AI?

Up to you. Most owners introduce her by name — Hiya, it's Luna here. Customers don't mind a clear, helpful reply, whoever it's from. We never pretend she's a human if a customer asks directly.

What happens if she can't answer something?

She says so, then pings you. You reply once, she remembers next time. Nothing slips through.

How does she know my prices and services?

We sit down with you for half an hour and write it all out. Menu, prices, what each treatment includes, who does what. She doesn't make any of it up.

What if my prices change?

Tell us. We update her the same day. No retainer fees, no ticket queue — just an email.

Can I take over a chat at any time?

Yes. The WhatsApp number is yours. Jump in whenever, she steps back. Hand it back to her with a single message.

Do you change my booking system?

No. She plugs into what you already use — Fresha, Treatwell, Phorest, or a spreadsheet. You keep your tools, she just talks to them.

What about my customers' data?

What if I cancel?

You keep your WhatsApp number. We unplug Luna and walk away. No fuss, no contract, no exit fees.
